PCB Announces Executive and Administrative Promotions

PCB is committed to team member achievement and supports a culture where employees grow and succeed. The Board of Directors is excited to announce the promotions of Tammy Kesner and Neil Hayslett to Executive Vice President. Additionally, David Martin and Michael Deel have been named Assistant Vice President by the management team.

Chief Financial Officer

Tammy Kesner has served PCB as Chief Financial Officer since 2020 and holds 9 years of valuable banking experience. She is the current chairperson of the Board of Trustees for Grant Memorial Hospital and has previously been involved with HOBY and the Grant County Chamber of Commerce where she served as President of the chamber and chair of the Spring Mountain Festival Committee. Outside of PCB and her involvement in the community, Tammy enjoys traveling, gardening her flower beds, and socializing with her friends and family.

Chief Banking Officer

Neil Hayslett holds over 35 years of experience within the community banking industry and has served PCB as Chief Banking Officer since 2020. He has remained heavily involved in the community throughout his career and is both a Financial Counselor and current member of the Finance Committee for First Church of Nazarene. Neil is also a member of the Rockingham County Economic Development Authority. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, yardwork, taking walks, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Facilities Manager/Security Officer

David Martin joined the banking industry in 2021 following a nearly 13-year career in emergency management for the State of Virginia and 20 years of service with the United States Navy. His prior career experience led him to his current role of Facilities Manager/Security Officer at PCB. Outside the office, he enjoys fly fishing and spending time with his wife.

Senior Technology Officer

Michael Deel joined PCB in December 2021 as Senior Technology Officer. Prior to his career transition, he worked extensively in the banking and technology industries. Michael enjoys being involved in the local community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Potomac Highlands Recreation Center. After hours, he loves to travel and spend time with his wife and two daughters.
