PCB Welcomes Melinda Cutlip
PCB is excited to announce the addition of Melinda Cutlip as Marlinton’s Financial Center Manager. Melinda will be a huge asset to the team by helping existing and future customers with their banking needs, as well as managing the Marlinton team.
Board Leadership Appointments
PCB is excited to announce the appointment of Chad Branson as Chair and Laura Evick as Vice Chair to the organization’s Board of Directors. Chad Branson has served on the Board of Directors since 2014, and Laura Evick has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010.
PCB Welcomes Ryan May
PCB is excited to announce the addition of Ryan May as a Dealer Finance Manager. Ryan is housed in the Harrisonburg Downtown Financial Center, and he will work alongside Jason Blosser to help serve dealer customers and build relationships with dealers across the bank’s West Virginia and Virginia footprint.

Our team members have noticed an uptick in fraud, and these cases follow a similar pattern. The scammer reaches out to the customer over the phone, offers a service, and quickly pressures the customer into making a decision.
