PCB Announces Manager & Administrative Promotions

PCB is committed to team member achievement and supports a culture where employees grow and succeed. The entire management team is excited to announce the promotions of Susan Payne, Carly Knicely, and Chelsey Simmons to Financial Center Manager.

Additionally, Holly Beachler, Samantha Puchany, Brittany Mitters, Stephanie Kile, Tammy Clutter, and Jessica Basagic have received title promotions.

Susan Payne joined PCB in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative/Teller and advanced to Universal Banker – both positions serving the Harrisonburg market. She takes pride in community service and enjoys volunteering with PCB at Relay for Life, Bowl for Kid’s Sake, and the Salvation Army. Susan says, “I am excited to be given the opportunity to serve Staunton and Augusta County and to show how much PCB cares about our customers and our community.”

Carly Knicely has served PCB for four years as a Teller, Customer Service Representative, and Universal Banker at the Harrisonburg Downtown office. She is a volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) for a local troop and its council. She participated in the Venturing program in her youth and found her passion for the organization during that time. Carly says, “I’m excited for this promotion to help grow our Harrisonburg West financial center. I love working with the community and getting to know customers to be able to help them in the best way possible. I’m honored to help grow PCB as a whole and hope to be able to grow our team at the West branch.”

Chelsey Simmons joined PCB in 2020 as a Universal Banker at the Franklin office. She is an active member of the Franklin Lion’s Club and enjoys volunteering at various local events like the Treasure Mountain Festival, fundraisers, and benefit dinners. Chelsey says, “I’m really excited to begin this next journey as Financial Center Manager so that I can become more immersed in our wonderful community. I look forward to helping address its needs while also spreading the word that PCB truly represents what it means to be a community bank.”

Administrative Promotions


PCB is also excited to announce the title promotions of Holly Beachler and Samantha Puchany to Senior Loan Processor, Brittany Mitters to Senior Credit Analyst, Stephanie Kile to AVP Operations Manager, Tammy Clutter to VP Information Security Officer, and Jessica Basagic to Training & Development Specialist. These team members are an incredible asset to PCB.
