PCB Announces Senior Leadership Promotion of Aaron Green

PCB is pleased to announce the promotion of Aaron Green to Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer effective January 6, 2022.

With this new role, Aaron will be responsible for creating loan policy, developing processes and systems for new and existing loan programs, coordinating and leading retail and commercial lender training plans in conjunction with Area Executives and the PCB training team, and overseeing the bank’s specialty lending programs. In addition, Aaron will provide support alongside Area Executives to bankers and lenders around pricing, structure, and credit approvals.

Aaron began his banking and financial services career in April 1998 and joined PCB in August 2020 as Senior Vice President and Market Leader for the Virginia region.

Aaron is an active member of his community and currently serves as a Director and Governance Chair for the Rockingham Educational Foundation Inc., Director and Treasurer for the Rockingham Lacrosse Club, and Scoutmaster of BSA Troop 42 in Harrisonburg.
