
PCB Establishes Augusta County Advisory Board

PCB is thrilled to announce the establishment of the Augusta County Advisory Board. Allen Dahl, Andrea Oakes, Butch Smiley, Clay Wisely, Dean Caldwell, Roger Boles, and Scott Simons are well respected, experienced local businesspeople and are a major asset to PCB in growing the Augusta County market.

Allen Dahl

Allen has over 25 years of hotel ownership experience where his primary concentration is financing and developing new projects. He is also heavily involved with Heritage Hospitality Management, Inc. (HHM), an entity based out of Staunton that owns, manages, and develops Hilton and Marriott franchises locally.
Allen and his wife Cary live in the Laurel hill area of Augusta County and have three grown children: Hannah, Oliver, and Sophie.
Andrea Oakes

An active community member and leader, Andrea was honored to be named “Woman of the Year Amongst Women in Leadership in 2015”. She is also a former chairperson of the Community Action Partnership for Staunton, Augusta County, and Waynesboro, and the Human Development and Education Committee for the Virginia Municipal League.
Outside the office, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family and is a mother of three children.
Butch Smiley

He has served on over 25 boards or commissions in the greater Staunton-Augusta-Waynesboro area and presently serves as WM for Staunton Lodge AF&AM #13, member of the Economic Development Authority in Staunton, and is an Elder at Olivet Presbyterian Church in Staunton.
Outside of his community service, Butch enjoys spending time with his wife of 34 years, Lynne, and their two adult children.
Clay Wisely

Over the past 25 years, Clay’s main business focus has been the ownership and management of multifamily housing and commercial real estate lending.
Outside the office, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Jane, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He particularly enjoys Smith Mountain Lake. Clay is an avid sports fan and likes to participate in any sport.
Dean Caldwell

He has served as an instructor with Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia for the past 7 years and has been an instructor for the Virginia Department of Fire Programs, serving 31 years as a volunteer with the Stuarts Draft and Middlebrook Fire Departments.
He serves his community as an associate member of the Middlebrook Ruritan Club and a volunteer historic Interpreter at the Frontier Culture Museum. He enjoys old cars, camping, music, and spending time with his family outside the office.
Roger Boles

Outside the office, Roger enjoys spending time with his wife of over 35 years, Pam, their three sons, their wives, and eight grandchildren.
He also spends time playing golf and managing his rental property. He and his wife purchased the “Tucker House” in 2017 and spent time repairing and renovating the property into a unique Airbnb experience called “Back In Time”.
Scott Simons

Scott is an extremely well-rounded businessman and investor in multiple entities spanning various industries. He is also a member of the Arete Syndicate, Apex Executive, member of the Lion’s Den, and co-creator and co-host of the Breakfast of Champions - #1 rated Clubhouse Morning Show.
Scott and his wife of over 30 years, Kelly, reside in the Shenandoah Valley. He enjoys sports cars, playing racquetball, traveling and spending time with Kelly and their two children, Morgan and Dawson.
