Team Member of the Year

PCB would not be where it is today without the support of our loyal customers and the dedication of team members like Clay.

Clay works as a Digital Banking Associate out of our Franklin office. His dedication to PCB and our customers is on display daily as he lives out the values and mission of the organization to the fullest. We spent a few minutes talking with Clay’s coworkers and they shared examples of why Clay deserves to be recognized.

Monika Eckard, VP Human Resources, describes Clay as “the team member you can count on to ensure our customers have a positive experience when they call PCB. He is thorough, positive, and a friendly voice to every caller. Clay is also a fantastic team member who is willing to help in any way he can!”

 

Many team members share this sentiment and have expressed their appreciation of having a coworker like Clay.

Chelsey Simmons, Franklin Financial Center Manager states, “Clay is always willing to chip in where he can and does so with a positive, upbeat attitude. He’s a teammate that I can always look to when I need help with a task. Clay is eager to take initiative in solving problems and will see a project through to its completion. At any given time, if you walk by Clay’s desk, you’re likely to hear him helping a customer on the phone with the most pleasant attitude. Clay is also heavily involved in community events and organizations and truly understands what it means to be a community banker. We are so lucky to have Clay be a part of our PCB team.”

Financial Center Managers Carly Knicely, Linda Walker, and Casey Goldizen have expressed that Clay brings friendliness and expertise in quality customer service to PCB. Casey says, “Clay goes above and beyond his job title. He has stepped up this year in assisting wherever he can…Clay has a way of always making the customer feel like they are important and that they matter to PCB.”

His commitment and persistence are just two of the characteristics that make Clay an amazing team and community member.

 

Stephanie Kile, AVP Operations Manager says, “Clay is a team member that ensures the customers he speaks with are completely taken care of before ending the call. He learns all the information he can to better assist a customer in any and every situation. His positive, happy to help attitude resonates not only with PCB customers, but with team members as well. It is a joy to work with Clay and to hear him working with customers.”

Jessica Basagic, Training & Development Specialist expresses, “Clay exceeds the expectations of his job. He goes the extra lengths to make sure the end consumer is truly educated and satisfied. Clay’s positive can-do attitude is contagious. If he doesn’t know how to do something he takes matters into his own hands regardless of the situation to make sure everyone wins. I am proud to be part of Clay’s team.”

PCB recognizes a Team Member of the Year to highlight the excellence of our team members who go above and beyond to live out the mission of the organization. This award recognizes a specific team member that exceled in the community as well as in the workplace.

Team members like Clay create a radiant work environment that ensures the mutual success of our team members and our customers. Clay Richardson is beyond deserving of this award and we are so thankful to have him on our team.
