PCB Expands Shenandoah Valley Footprint

PCB Expands Shenandoah Valley Footprint

On Monday, May 24th, PCB opened three new financial centers (formerly Cater Bank & Trust).

  • Harrisonburg, 2169 S. Main Street
  • Bridgewater, 317 N. Main Street
  • Staunton, 478 Frontier Drive
“We are thrilled to expand our presence throughout the Shenandoah Valley,” says William Loving, President & CEO. “The acquisition of three Carter Bank & Trust offices is strategically beneficial for both institutions, but more importantly it gives PCB the opportunity to more broadly serve our mission of facilitating financial success for customers while also stimulating economic growth in our communities.”

PCB also serves the Shenandoah Valley with two full-service financial centers in Harrisonburg. In February 2021, the institution also opened a loan production office in Terry Court Shopping Center, Staunton. The addition of three financial centers will help meet the needs of current customers and opens the door for new opportunity.

Jonah Pence, Senior Vice President & Virginia Area Executive, commented, “Our goal is to make a positive impact in Rockingham and Augusta Counties by providing superior service and working in the best interests of our clients. Community banking at its core puts the customer first, and since 1925 we have developed strong, long-lasting relationships following that model. We look forward to continuing that tradition as our footprint grows.”

Later this summer, PCB plans to host grand opening ceremonies. Any announcement regarding those events will be made on PCB’s social media channels.
