Meet Our Team

I’ve been with PCB since 2020, focusing on overseeing daily operations. In my role I implement decisions that further the bank's mission, vision, and values and contribute to PCB's overall strategy for future growth. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, exercise, and yard work. I also serve on the board of several community organizations. 

I’ve been with PCB since 2019, focusing on growing the bank one customer relationship at a time. In my daily role, I’m responsible for leading PCB team members while working directly with commercial customers. Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports and enjoy playing racquetball. I aspire to lead my family with Christian values and help better our local community.

I’ve been with PCB since 2020, focusing on finance, risk management, and audit management in my role as Chief Financial Officer. Outside of work, I volunteer as the Chair of the Board of Grant Memorial Hospital, a WVU Medicine facility because I’m passionate about the availability of quality healthcare close to home for our rural communities. When not at PCB or volunteering, I enjoy traveling, family time, catering, and photography.

Teresa Heavner

I’ve been with PCB since December 2024, focusing on building relationships, customer service, and financial growth. I serve as the Financial Center Manager at the Beckley office. Outside of work, I love traveling and spending time with my husband and two sons. I aspire to help customers reach financial success and be a resource to our customers and the communities we serve.

Jordan Branner

I’ve been with PCB since May 2025, focusing on mortgage and new construction customers. In my daily role, I help customers meet their banking needs with consumer real estate loans and deposit services and enjoy cultivating customer relationships. I am on the board of directors of the Augusta Home Builders Association, Home Builders Association of Virginia, and Central Virginia Mortgage Bankers Association. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending time at our Lake Anna cottage, boating and kayaking on the lake with my family and friends. I look forward to being a community resource for my customers lending and banking needs.
