You don't have to plan your day around bank hours anymore. Our ITMs are available well past regular lobby hours in all markets we serve.
Our ITMs let you handle ATM transactions, like cash and check deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, or connect with a live member of our Customer Care Team for transfers, loan payments, account inquiries, or updating your personal information.
Their hours include:
- Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Saturday from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

Finding time to get to the bank can be hard when you're busy running a business. Our courier service brings the bank to you instead. A Team Member picks up your deposits, brings your change orders, and returns your receipts on a schedule that works for you. Courier service is available across all Virginia and West Virginia markets that we serve, and is subject to approval.

What is the difference between an ATM and an ITM?
An ATM handles cash withdrawals and basic deposits. An ITM does that, plus account transfers, more flexible deposits, and a live video connection to a Team Member.
Can I really talk to a person at the ITM?
Yes. A member of our Customer Care Team is available by video any time the ITM is open, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Visit our ITM page to learn exactly how to reach them.
How long does it take to open an account online?
Most people finish in one sitting. You sign in or create an account at apply.yourbank.com, pick the deposit account that fits you (checking, Kasasa Cash+, savings, money market, CD, or a Christmas Club account), verify your information, upload a photo of your ID, and fund the account.
Is my information safe when I open an account online?
Yes. The online application uses the same security standards as our online banking, and no part of the process asks you to send account details by email or text.

Courier service is built for business customers. It's subject to approval, so the best next step is to talk to a Team Member about your business.
