He brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology leadership across the banking and education sectors. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives focused on cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, digital transformation, operational efficiency, and strategic technology planning.
During his time at PCB, Michael has played a key role in advancing the bank’s technology environment through enhanced security measures, infrastructure improvements, and innovative digital solutions that support both employees and customers.
His leadership has helped guide technology initiatives that align with the bank’s long-term strategic goals while maintaining a strong focus on security, reliability, and customer service. Michael holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with their two daughters.
