PCB Named Best Bank for 4th Consecutive Year

PCB has been named the Statewide Gold winner in the Bank category in WV Living magazine’s 2025 Best of West Virginia Awards, which recognize reader‑favorite places to eat, shop, stay, and play across the Mountain State. PCB was also named the Bronze award recipient for Best Corporate Citizen.
Each year, WV Living invites readers to nominate and vote for the businesses, people, and places that make West Virginia a great place to live and visit, with 85 categories represented in 2025. All category winners are determined by reader votes, with special Community Champion honorees selected by the WV Living team.

“These winners are more than businesses—they’re the heartbeat of our communities,” says Nikki Bowman Mills, founder and editor of WV Living magazine. “Every vote cast in this competition is a celebration of local pride. When West Virginians rally around their favorite shops, restaurants, makers, and destinations, we strengthen our economy, uplift our neighbors, and tell a powerful story about who we are.”

PCB earned its Gold recognition in the category of Bank, reflecting strong support from customers, neighbors, and visitors who cast votes throughout the nomination and final rounds. William A. Loving, CEO, states, “PCB has served communities in West Virginia since 1925, and it is an honor to be named ‘best bank’, particularly during our 100th year of business. We have banked generations of West Virginians since our founding, and we owe this recognition to our loyal customers who continue to support our mission. I am also extremely proud of our team members who deliver superior customer service. Their generosity and heart for service are why we were also recognized in the category of Corporate Citizen. PCB has been the recipient of various awards throughout 2025, and it would not be possible without our family of bankers and customers.”
