Each year, WV Living invites readers to nominate and vote for the businesses, people, and places that make West Virginia a great place to live and visit, with 85 categories represented in 2025. All category winners are determined by reader votes, with special Community Champion honorees selected by the WV Living team.

When West Virginians rally around their favorite shops, restaurants, makers, and destinations, we strengthen our economy, uplift our neighbors, and tell a powerful story about who we are.”
PCB earned its Gold recognition in the category of Bank, reflecting strong support from customers, neighbors, and visitors who cast votes throughout the nomination and final rounds. William A.
