Sheldon Arbaugh Named Chief Business Development Officer
Sheldon Arbaugh brings 31 years of experience with PCB to his new role. He joined the bank in 1995 and has held various positions spanning retail banking, lending, credit, market leadership and executive management. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and West Virginia Area Executive, providing strategic leadership across PCB's West Virginia markets and overseeing efforts to grow both lending and deposit relationships.
As Chief Business Development Officer, Sheldon will provide direction across West Virginia and Virginia, working with Market Leaders to support business growth and strengthen customer and community relationships.

Beyond his leadership at PCB, Sheldon has a long history of service to West Virginia's banking and education communities. He has served on the Board of Governors of Eastern West Virginia Community & Technical College since 2018, currently as chairperson, and on the Board of Trustees and as a Faculty Member of the West Virginia School of Banking since 2002. He has also held leadership roles with the Hardy County Chamber of Commerce and numerous community organizations.

Additional Leadership Promotions
In addition to Sheldon’s promotion, PCB has also promoted Ryan May to Senior Vice President, Director of Dealer Finance, and Jordan Branner to Assistant Vice President, Business Development Officer.
Ryan will continue leading PCB's Dealer Finance efforts and supporting the bank's relationships within the automotive lending division. Jordan Branner will continue developing relationships with customers and businesses while supporting PCB's business development efforts throughout Rockingham County, Virginia.
